Hey Dan! Any other particular details we need to know? Any help needed to set-up etc?

All - we have quite a few out-of-town visitors - I'm up for showing them some good Triangle hospitality on Saturday night if anyone's interested. Perhaps The Pit for some barbecue and then (Rob's favorite) the Flying Saucer?

I would appreciate you guys showing them around town Friday and/or Saturday nights. Maybe Friday 5pm people may begin to look around hotel lobby for other class attendees. Would love to put you two in charge of coordinating any group activities for attendees and making them feel welcomed to NC and let them know we are glad they have chosen to attend the Kodama class!!! I will be doing this, but mainly during the seminar itself. With my work/family schedule, I will most likely not be present Friday & Saturday evenings unfortunately, except for during the seminar Sat & Sun. I could use some help setting up tanks & filling on Friday morning at vet school and Sunday afternoon when class is over. But they may wait to bag koi Monday morning to ship out, assuming there are any remaining koi after class. May need few hundred extra feet of water hose to reach nearest outside faucet.

The Pit is good choice Roger and just few blocks from The Flying Saucer. Or 42nd St Oyster bar, assuming people stopped getting sick who ate there! I am going to arrange sushi lunch on Friday with Kodamas if you would like to join us.

Probably can't make the Friday evening, but Saturday should work........

Worst case Rob and I can head to the Saucer to sample the....... beer..... yes, that's the only reason we would go! :D

Damn, now you & Spring temps have me thinking of a nice cool pint of foamy thick Guinness @ The Saucer. I'm up to 50 out of 200 towards getting my own plate on the wall. Only 150 to go!

Due to the success of this year's 1st Kodama Master koi class, I have asked and the Kodama's are very accepting of the idea of returning to Raleigh, NC next year to hold a 2nd Kodama Master koi class!! Dates are tentatively set for March 26,27 2011. Venue will again be NCSU CVM. Mark your calendars!!! :)
